It’s good for detecting vegetation. But it might not be so good at determining something like soil moisture content, which could be better with synthetic aperture radar. There are a lot of different examples you can come up with.

Hi Alvin. I personally don’t think it is possible. Would the criteria be a higher NDVI is equal to higher elevation? That’s the equivalent of saying more green means more height. There may be a tiny correlation between the two, but I have my doubts for a strong relationship or any at all.
